Deadline
The housing deadline is Jan. 28; however, reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served and space-available basis.
The block of discounted rooms may sell out prior to the Jan. 28 deadline. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to secure your stay. After the discounted rooms are filled, reservations will be accepted based on the hotel’s room and rate availability.

Deposit
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card equaling one night’s deposit of room and tax charges. Your credit card WILL BE CHARGED at the time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 3 business days before arrival.
Confirmation
After you book online, you will receive a reservation confirmation email from info@cvent.com. Please be sure to check your spam folder and add this address to your safe sender list.
Special requests
Special requests are not guaranteed. Hotel will assign specific room types based on availability. If you require an accessible hotel room, please make note of your request at the time of reservation.
Cancellation and change requests
Changes and cancellations can be made at the 2026 ASBMB Annual Meeting hotel reservation site.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 3 business days before arrival. Cancellations less than 3 business days in advance of arrival will result in loss of deposit. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for instructions.
No show policy: If you do not cancel your reservation at least 3 business days in advance of your arrival date and you do not show up to check in at the hotel, your deposit will be forfeited.

Beware of Fraud
Hotel resellers and others may approach ASBMB members and exhibitors with offerings of hotel rooms. Please note they are not endorsed or affiliated with ASBMB, the ASBMB annual meeting or the hotel. Please do not give them your credit card information. Participants may fall prey to fraudulent offers and end up discovering hidden costs or being baited-and-switched to hotel rooms they never booked.
If you are contacted by anyone presenting as the official housing service or conference management service asking if you need a room reservation for the ASBMB Annual Meeting, please do not provide your credit card details. Please get as much information as you can and then alert meetings@asbmb.org. ASBMB meetings staff do not collect credit card details.
