ASBMB small conferences are made possible through the generous contributions of our sponsors. Each meeting organizer works to solicit sponsorship from a variety of funding sources including corporate, non-profit and government sectors. ASBMB works closely with all of our organizers to form lasting relationships with our sponsors.

Promotional item distribution (one in-person conferences)

Provide a branded item for attendee distribution. Items must be pre-approved by ASBMB and shipped by the sponsor. All production and shipping costs are the responsibility of the sponsor.
Tabletop exhibit (one in-person conference; availability varies by conference location)*

Includes one table at conference for sponsor to display products and services. Table includes one exhibitor personnel badge with access to networking breaks and meals included in conference (session access and hotel accommodations not included).

Student Travel Award Sponsorships (in-person conference)

Support travel awards for student attendees, selected by conference organizers based on abstract submissions. Includes sponsor recognition on the conference website, program and award announcement.
