About the project
The ASBMB concept-driven teaching strategies in biochemistry and molecular biology project was based upon work supported by the National Science Foundation under grant #0957205. J. Ellis Bell was the principal investigator, and Cheryl Bailey, Carla Mattos, Duane W. Sears, Harold White and Margaret Johnson were the co-principal investigators.
The goal of this project was to bring together experienced and early-career educators to learn about and develop resources for course materials, assessment tools and teaching the foundational concepts of biochemistry and molecular biology. Resources developed through the project and additional, related resources are available on this webpage. Any opinions, findings and conclusions or recommendations expressed in this material are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the National Science Foundation.
