registration Overview and Deadlines

September 10, 2010: Final Registration for all attendees, including Webcast Participants 


Due to space limitation (approximately 125 participants) we strongly encourage participants to register early.

Meeting Registration is a Conference Package consisting of one fee which includes your Registration and  Room and Board.  The Conference Package for Offsite Attendees includes all items below except lodging.  The Conference Package for webcast registrants will consist of Meeting Registration only for access to the live streaming and audio archiving of all sessions.  Meeting attendees will receive a final confirmation email to confirm your room type and other helpful information.  Website registrants will also receive a series of instruction emails with login setups and audio visual checklists.       

The  Onsite Conference Package includes:
     
- All Scientific Sessions and Meeting Materials
      - Access to the achived audio recording of all sessions
      - 3 nights lodging (Thursday - Saturday) 
      - 3 breakfasts (Friday - Sunday)
      - 3 lunches (Friday - Sunday)
      - 3 dinners (Thursday - Saturday)
      - Morning and Afternoon Coffee Service       
      - Free Parking

The  Webcast Registration includes:
     
- Live streaming of audio and powerpoint slides for all Scientific Sessions 
      - Access to the achived audio recording of all sessions

Registration Changes and Cancellations

Registration Changes:  Changes to registration that are non fee based, such as roommate name, dietary preferences and assistant contact information, will be accepted until September 10, 2010.  To make changes, log in to your profile page and click on the "Edit Registration" button.  Once the change is made click on the "Save and Exit" button at the bottom of the page.  You will receive an updated confirmation of the change 
by email.   

To make changes to fee based items, such as room type, you should make your change request by contacting ASBMB's Accounting Department at 301-634-7140.  Changes will be accepted until September 10, 2010, unless the room type is no longer available.   

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be permitted until Friday, September 10, 2010 and are subject to a $100.00 fee.  After this date cancellations will not be refunded.  Cancellations may be requested by email to the ASBMB Meetings Department at  meetings@asbmb.org.  Please include a copy of your meeting registration invoice, along with your name and the name of the meeting.
