NEW 2015:    Due to popular demand, competition registration will close, once a maximum capacity of 225 student competitors has been reached.  Invitations to sign up for the competition will be sent once event registration opens in January.

Note: a meeting registration badge is required to access the Convention Center

- Meet fellow undergraduates at the start of the meeting!
- Gain valuable practice for your poster presentation during the main EB meeting (notifications will be sent from the EB organizers in late January).
- Graduate Program recruiters on-hand!

Schedule of Events for Saturday, March 28, 2015  
All events are located in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, unless noted. Experimental Biology meeting registration is required to access the competition.
11:30 AM to 12:00 PM    Annual Meeting Orientation for Undergraduate Students 
    Location: Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 254 AB.
Orientation open to all undergraduates attending the poster competition.  No registration required.
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM    Judge's Orientation Session 
    Location: Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 52A.
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM    Check In, poster set up & Graduate Program Exhibitor set up 
    Location: Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, East Registration.
Posters must remain on display 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm.
1:00 PM to 4:30 PM    Judging of the Posters 
    Poster manning times are distributed at check in. 
Competitors remain for the entire competition.
No early removal of posters allowed.
2:30 PM    Networking Break 
    Light refreshments will be served during a mid-point networking break.  (This should not replace arranging to eat a healthy lunch so you have adequate energy for your poster presentation).
Students are encouraged to visit our Graduate Program Exhibitors at this time and while you are not manning a poster.
4:45 PM to 5:45 PM    Careers Speed Dating: A Workshop for Undergraduates 
    Location: Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 257 AB.
All undergraduate students are expected to attend.
