Hello,
Doas anyone know about a reliable technique to assay specific PI3K lipid products (i.e. PI3,4P2 and PI3,4,5P3) in biological samples or in cells ( besides labeling these lipids with P32 and HPLC isolation that is a heavy procedure). A few years ago, we have tried a couple of times the ELISA kit from Echelon, but there seemed to be too many steps in the protocol to obtain highly reproducible results, at least in our hands.
Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestion
