Undergraduate Students Volunteer Judges Graduate Program Exhibitors
Registration for student competitors is by invitation. Invitations will be sent in early January to all Undergraduate First Authors who have successfully submitted an abstract to an ASBMB topic category (#2000-2432) by the early abstract deadline in November.

11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Powering Up - Get Pumped for the Science Location: San Diego Marriott Marquis Hotel, Atlantic Room Open to all undergraduates attending the poster competition. No registration required. Space is limited and filled on a first come first served basis.
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Judge's Orientation Session Location: San Diego Marriott Marquis Hotel, Presidio Room Registered judge’s are welcome to arrive between 11:00 -11:30 am to review judging assignments.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM UAN Chapter Activity Presentations Location: San Diego Marriott Marquis Hotel, Marriott Hall 1, North Tower UAN Chapter representatives may check in chapter activity posters beginning at 11:30 AM
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Check In, poster set up & Graduate Program Exhibitor set up Location: San Diego Marriott Marquis Hotel, Marriott Hall 1, North Tower Posters must remain on display between 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
1:00 PM - 4:30 PM Judging of the Posters Poster manning times are distributed at check in. Competitors remain for the entire competition.
2:30 PM Networking Break Light refreshments will be served during a mid-point networking break. Students are encouraged to visit our Graduate Program Exhibitors at this time and while you are not manning a poster.
4:45 PM - 5:45 PM Speed Dating: Finding Your Perfect Career "Match" Location: San Diego Marriott Marquis Hotel, San Diego Ballroom A, North Tower All undergraduate students are encouraged to attend.
