ASBMB members in the news this month include Ann Aguanno, Jeremy M. Berg, Susan R. Wessler, James Brown, D. Wayne Bolen, Johannes Buchner, Michael Summers, Brenda Schulman, Gerhard Wagner, Severo Ochoa and Melvin Calvin.

The first three awardees include doctoral candidates from UCLA and the University of Massachusetts Medical School and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Warwick in the U.K
