What is my member number?
Your member number is located on the right side of the dues renewal notice, before your name. If you do not know your member number, send an e-mail to our membership coordinator or call 240-283-6604240-283-6604.

I need a receipt. What do I do?
Please send an e-mail with your request -- and whether you want it faxed or mailed -- to the membership coordinator or call 240-283-6604240-283-6604.

How do I change my address in the ASBMB records?
Log in as a member.  You can do this directly online or by sending a detailed e-mail with your old address and contact information along with the new contact information to our membership coordinator.

What subscriptions are available to members?
ASBMB members receive significant discounts on many print copies of scientific journals. Click here for a listing of journals available to you. Please note that shipping and taxes are extra.

How do I activate my online subscriptions?
You must have your customer number to activate your free online subscriptions. The customer number is your member number, as shown on your membership card, and your ASBMB member number with an M at the end. Once your payment has been processed, you also will receive detailed activation instructions by e-mail. Contact the subscriptions customer service office if you still need to obtain your customer number.

I am missing an issue of JBC, MCP and/or JLR. How do I get it?
Please send an e-mail with your request to the subscriptions customer service office or call 240-283-6604240-283-6604. Note that U.S. subscribers must claim no sooner than five weeks and no later than 10 weeks from the cover date. Other subscribers must claim no sooner than 10 weeks and no later than five months from the publication date.

I am missing an issue of a non-journal ASBMB-sponsored publication. How do I get it? 
Send an e-mail to the subscription customer service office describing the problems you are experiencing. If you do not get a satisfactory reply, please call 240-283-6604240-283-6604.

How do I get online access to TiBS?
Your activation instructions are included on the mailing label. If you do not have this, send an e-mail to TiBS Customer Service and they should give you instructions. If you do not get a satisfactory reply from TiBS, please call 240-283-6604240-283-6604, and the ASBMB staff will follow up for you.

I did not get my JBC minireview compendium. How do I get it?
The JBC minireview compendium is mailed in January of each year. If you do not receive your copy, send an e-mail to your membership coordinator. Please include your mailing address so we can verify our records.

There is a charge on my credit card that I do not recognize.
Please send an e-mail with your inquiry to the membership coordinator or call 240-283-6604240-283-6604. Include the date of the charge, the amount, the cardholder's name and the reference number.
