The Full Conference begins at 8:30 am on Wednesday, September 5, and ends with a banquet on Saturday evening.   

The 2.5 Day Conference begins on Thursday at noon and ends with the banquet on Saturday evening.  

ASBMB provides a Conference Package which includes meeting registration, meals and receptions.

Registration Details

Each registrant is requried to pay for the Conference Package.  The conference package includes a meeting registration fee and a meal fee.  The details on the meals included for the various packages are located below.  
NOTE:  All participants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations.  See Housing Accommodations for more information.

Payment, Cancellation & Change policy

Payment: Participants have three payment types: Pay by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), pay by ACH/ Wire Transfer or pay by Check.  If you select to pay be either ACH/ Wire Transfer or Check payments must be received within 10 business days.  After 10 business days your registration will be cancelled.  Payments may be processed at any time during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time by contacting the accounting office at 240.283.6604.  All payments must be received in USD.       

Changes: Registration changes will be accepted as space allows until Wednesday, August 1, 2012 and can be made by contacting meetings@asbmb.org.  

Cancellations: Cancellations will be permitted until Wednesday, August 1, 2012 and are subject to a $100 fee.  After this date cancellations will not be refunded.  Cancellations may be requested by emailing the ASBMB Meetings Department at meetings@asbmb.org.  Please include a copy of your meeting registration invoice, along with your name and the name of the symposium.
