Registration Details

Registration and housing accommodations are made when you register for the meeting.  All housing arrangements must be made directly through ASBMB's registration site.  ASBMB will send a final confirmation email with your arrival/ departure dates and travel information at least one week before the start of the symposium.      

Conference Package Includes:
    - 2 nights accommodation (June 27, 28) at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center  located on the Michigan State University Campus
    - Meeting materials

Accommodation Options:

Single Room:  This includes a bedroom with private bath.  Those registering for a single room may choose to bring one guest at no additional charge.  Guests are not allowed to participate in the meeting or group meals.   

Double Room:
Double rooms include a shared bedroom and bathroom.  Those registering for a double have two options:
1) Choose Your Roommate- Choose your roommate and include the name of your roommate when you register.  The roommate chosen will also need to register and include your name 
    so that ASBMB can match you together.
2) ASBMB Assigns Roommate- If you do not have a roommate you can leave the roommate name blank.  ASBMB will make every effort to match you with another meeting participant.  If 
     a roommate cannot be matched the registrant will be required to pay the single room rate.  


Payment, Cancellation & Change policy

Payment: Participants have three payment types: Pay by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), pay by ACH/ Wire Transfer or pay by Check.  If you select to pay be either ACH/ Wire Transfer or Check payments must be received within 10 business days.  After 10 business days your registration will be cancelled.  Payments may be processed at any time during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by contacting the accounting office at 240.283.6604.     

Changes: Registration changes will be accepted as space allows until Friday, May 25, 2012 and can be made by contacting  

Cancellations: Cancellations will be permitted until Friday, May 25, 2012 and are subject to a $100 fee.  After this date cancellations will not be refunded.  Cancellations may be requested by emailing the ASBMB Meetings Department at  Please include a copy of your meeting registration invoice, along with your name and the name of the symposium.
