Registration changes & Cancellations
Registration Changes: You may request changes to your registration as space allows until Monday, April 1, 2013 by contacting the meetings office at meetings@asbmb.org or calling the accounting department at 240-283-6604. This includes the availability of extending your stay beyond the dates of the conference (arriving May 1, departing May 4).
Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your registration fee until April 1, 2013, subject to a $100 processing fee. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. To request a cancellation, please email the ASBMB Meetings Department at meetings@asbmb.org . Please provide your request along with your name and the name of the meeting you can nolonger attend, attaching a copy of your registration invoice.
