For security purposes, letters of invitation can only be sent to individuals that have regsistered for the meeting. Once you have registered, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request your Letter of Information. Please include the name of the symposium along with your name, affiliation and abstract ID.
If your VISA is denied, you will not be issued a refund of your paid registration fee if the cancellation is received after July 1, 2013.
Making travel arrangements and obtaining a passport and VISA (when applicable) is the responsibility of the participant. We have a few helpful links to assist with this process:
